Clear med gold even cm white head, big rapid bubbles. Clean med minus honey lemon coriander. Dry med plus acidity med minus bitter med minus alc med minus body med intense bright lively lemon zest coriander yellow licorice or taro floral honey. Medium length creaminess. Bright lively fruity. Very good. Outside from Templeton Carpet Factory (burned in 1889) oriental brick and tile factory on Glasgow Green.
