Medium intense gold, white rim, minute fizz. Moderate aromas of orange juice, cassis or dark berry, flan. Snappy acidity, some bitterness, average medium body. Amped up flavors of tart fresh squeezed orange juice with pulp, clove, grassy hops, cream. Long length. Very good.

Munching Vidal Blanc on Keuka Lake, New York
Cream Ale? Keep thining of cream sweet soda because of the way it looks.
Congratulations! Where? My fave in mpls/st.paul is Surdyks, but I also like talking with the cheesemakers at various farmers markets (Lovetree Farms, Singing Hills).
Nice writeup, Cy. I have heard that young wines show more of the winemaker’s hand and older ones show more of the vineyard. I’ve never been patient enough to test that concept!
