Squid Ink Pasta Wine Pairing
My wife craves black pasta: an Italian specialty dyed dark with squid ink. Coastal Italians call it “pasta al nero di sepia”: black squid pasta. 4th of July Wine: Domaine Chandon Etoile Brut NV
